Refund Policy
We want every purchase to be made with clarity and confidence. Please read this Policy in full before purchasing; completion of a purchase constitutes your agreement to the terms below.
1. General Principle — All Sales Final
All Revotraders products are digital products and educational services delivered immediately, or according to a stated schedule, upon confirmation of payment. Because digital content cannot be “returned” once access has been delivered, all sales are final. No refund, cancellation or exchange will be granted except as expressly provided in Section 2 (the Trade Cara Revo 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee) below.
2. Trade Cara Revo (TCR) — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Purchases of the Trade Cara Revo (TCR) programme are covered by a money-back guarantee of seven (7) calendar days from the date and time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- A claim must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, as evidenced by our official transaction records. Claims received after this period will not be entertained and the purchase shall be final.
- Claims must be submitted through our official WhatsApp line (+60 19-766 6770) or another official channel, stating the purchaser’s full name, purchase e-mail address and proof of purchase (receipt or reference number).
- The guarantee may be exercised once only per customer, in respect of that customer’s first TCR purchase. Subsequent purchases are not covered.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of claim verification. All access to the programme and any bonuses will be revoked upon approval.
The guarantee exists to allow you to assess the suitability of the programme. It is not a guarantee of trading profits and is not conditional upon your trading results.
3. Revo Trading School (RTS)
Purchases of, and upgrades to, Revo Trading School are final and strictly non-refundable. RTS members receive the full value of membership immediately upon being granted access, including admission to private communities and premium member services. Please direct any questions to us before purchasing.
4. One-to-One Coaching Sessions
- Full payment is due at the time of booking. Booked sessions are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling may be considered at our discretion where notice of at least twenty-four (24) hours is given, subject to the coach’s calendar.
- Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) results in the session being treated as delivered, without replacement.
5. Chargebacks
If you have any concern regarding a purchase, you agree to contact us first and to afford us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. The initiation of a chargeback without merit in respect of a valid transaction may result in the suspension of access to all products and member areas, and we reserve the right to submit transaction evidence, records of your acceptance of this Policy, and content-access logs to the relevant payment processor and financial institution.
6. Trading Outcomes Are Not Grounds for Refund
All Revotraders products are educational in nature. As set out in our Risk Disclaimer, trading involves substantial risk and results vary. Dissatisfaction with personal trading outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund under any part of this Policy.
7. Acceptance, Amendments and Contact
